Desktop Support provides service for our customers' university owned personal computer hardware and software needs including installation, connectivity, upgrade and maintenance of desktops, laptops, workstations, mice, keyboards, printers, thin clients, and scanners. Desktop Support is here to assist with connectivity from your keyboard to the wall plate. In addition, we support handheld devices also known as Personal Digital Assistants (PDA).
The Desktop Support team is here to provide service for your supported system and software. Depending on service call volume, the Desktop Support team strives for fast, satisfactory turn-around time. We are committed to a rapid resolution on all service requests. Priority service requests are usually completed within 24-48 hours.
