If you are giving a message to another mailbox, be sure to record
Additional Comments before sending the message. This helps the recipient
understand the origin of the message.
When messages are given to campus mailbox, the original time/date stamp
remains attached to the message. If you are the receiver of such a message,
do not be confused by this and think that you have received a new message
postmarked with a past time and date.
