Faculty / Staff Computer and Printer Registration Form
Who should fill out this form:
- Person installing the network adaptor in a computer
- Person installing a networked printer
- The user of a computer or printer that is moving or changed ownership
Once the form is completed, you will receive a tracking number for future
use.
Use this number when referring to your registration form questions.
NOTICE - PLEASE READ
Registrations are permanent as long as you use your computer on a regular
basis. Computers NOT USED on the campus network for more than 6 months (180
days) will be removed from our database and they will have to be re-registered
before they can be used on the campus network.
