Who should fill out this form:

  • Students living in Squires Hall requesting to use UNCCharlotte Internet Services
  • Students enrolled in the College of Architecture using their computers in the Storrs' Studios

    Please be sure to include your official @uncc.edu email address for contact purposes. This is the only means by which we will contact you in the event notification is required. For more information please see UNC-Charlotte Policy 20.

Once the form is completed, you will receive a tracking number for future use.
Use this number when referring to your registration form questions.
