Meet Me Conference Service

The Meet Me Conference Service allows you to sponsor a conference call for up to ten (10) participants. each participant calls the conference number at a specified time and the service connects all callers together. Each caller is responsible for making the connection and paying their own long distance charges if applicable.

Call Telecommunications (78985) to schedule a time for your conference call
Advise the Conference Call Participants of the Conference Service phone number 704-687-3299 and what time they should call.
A couple of minutes before the scheduled call initiate the conference bridge by having two (2) people in your office call 73299. Once this first connection is made others may call in at any time. You will hear a tone each time someone joins the call.
Once additional participants are on the call anyone can hang-up with terminating the connection.
When the call is complete everyone simply hangs up and the conference connection is cancelled.
